Organizational Change Is An Important Aspect For Business Growth

Apple Inc is a good example of an organization which has changed in response to technology, legislation, competition and consumer demand. The business strategy for Apple Inc is to provide innovative hardware. The company has a high belief in investing in research and in the development of quality products in order to continue providing technologically innovative products.
Products like iPhone, iPad, iPod and iMac are some of the products which give evidence on how Apple Inc invents consumer based technology products.

The company’s strategy is to provide its customers with products of high quality and of the current technology since the consumer demand is changing with technology. Most of the products manufactured by Apple Inc enable its customers to access the social media which is part of the current technology. 
Being one of the leading companies in the software and hardware market, investors have confidence while investing in the company. This transition in the company has also been of help to the employees and customers as it provides them quality job and with quality and up to date products. 

Implementing Organizational Change

 Proactive versus reactive changes is one of the approaches in the implementation of organizational change. Proactive change involves making alterations in workplaces while reactive changes occur when a firm makes changes in its practices due to opportunity or a threat which may have occurred. This approach is used by market leaders to respond to change. 
Organizations can use this information in the development of business strategies which would cushion them against current and future internal and external pressures.  However, I agree with my peers that organizations should use proactive changes instead of reactive changes. This is because reactive changes may increase the reactions of the stakeholders since it takes place after the pressures have taken place while proactive changes usually open possibilities for solutions in the organization.
